Hi, I’m Maksym — a talent acquisition and operations leader with 10 years of experience navigating the wild and wonderful world of hiring. From hypergrowth startups to global tech giants like LinkedIn, I’ve seen it all: scrappy scale-ups, structured enterprises, and everything in between.
